Five past Lowbridge at Station Ground

Ervin Town scored three in the first 27 minutes and beat Lowbridge Athletic 5-0 at Station Ground in front of 14,260.

Tyler Coulson headed in Nathan Garside’s corner after four minutes. Rui Carvalho added the second five minutes later and the third from Connor Crossley’s cross, and Lowbridge never got a foothold.

Callan Kerr made it four from Ibrahima Owusu’s pass three minutes after the break, and Ethan Pennington finished a move started by Tyler Coulson on 64 minutes. Ervin had 13 shots to Lowbridge’s six and 62 per cent of the ball.

“That’s the standard,” head coach Callum Yardley said. “Quick, brave on the ball, and nothing given away at the back. Another clean sheet for George as well.”
